Good morning Middle,
Today is our first Sunday worshipping at our new worship times! In case you missed the news, every Sunday we will now have:
11:45 a.m. ET: Hybrid Worship Celebration (In-Person at East End Temple and Online)
2:00 p.m. ET (11:00 a.m. PT): Online Worship Celebration, Premiered on YouTube
Dr. King called 11:00 a.m. on Sunday the most segregated hour in America, so we’re intentionally desegregating it—coast to coast. A digital minister will be online at 11:00 a.m. PT to guide us through worship together.
And what worship we have for you this morning! Rev. Natalie Renee Perkins will preach, asking, “Do Your Words and Actions Match?” Our gospel choir will sing and fierce love is waiting.
In-person worship is at 11:45 a.m. ET today at East End Temple (245 E 17th St.) and the 11:45 a.m. ET worship will be streamed on Facebook, Youtube, or middlechurch.org. (Important Note: There is no in-person worship at 9:30 a.m. ET)
P.S. Don’t forget Daylight Saving Time starts today! Roll your clock back an hour so you don’t get to worship early!
